… Paris! On Wednesday it’s time to pack our bags and head to a long-expected getaway in the most romantic city of the Western Europe. Even though we’re not expecting beautifully blooming flowers or a clear blue sky, this short vacation of ours will be much needed. We only have a few things planned. To make a few calculated purchases, try out different restaurants and also to hold back rain in the cutest of cafés, that is. Let’s see if we’ll have either the time or the energy to check out a few museums or maybe even take a stroll through the pretentious, yet so luxurious palace of Versailles. Already looking forward to Wednesday!
… Paris! Keskiviikkona on aika pakata kimpsut ja kampsut sekä suunnata kauan odotetulle kaupunkilomalle Eurooppaan. Vaikka näin marraskuun lopulla edes Pariisissa eivät enää kukat kuki tai aurinko porota kirkkaansiniseltä taivaalta, tulee pidennetty viikonloppuloma enemmän kuin tarpeeseen. Suunnitelmissa on tehdä muutama isompi, harkittu ostos, kierrellä ravintoloita ja pidellä sadetta tunnelmallisissa kahviloissa. Katsotaan, mahtuuko aikatauluun jokin yksittäinen museo tai vaikkapa kierros Versaillesin mahtipontisessa linnassa. Saa nähdä. Nähtävyyksien kiertelystä emme aio ottaa stressiä.
