Tässä asukuvia taas pitkästä aikaa! Olen kerrassaan rakastunut tuohon Zaran vetoketjutoppiin, jolle kuvat eivät kuitenkaan aivan tee oikeutta mielestäni. Olimme torstai-iltana ystävieni kanssa testaamassa Sandon perustajan Kasarmitorille avaamaa The Cock -ravintolaa, jonka miljöö oli kyllä vailla vertaansa, tykkäsin siis aivan erityisesti ravintolan sisustuksesta. Ruokakin oli hyvää, jälkkäriksi ottamamme kakkubuffet suorastaan taivaallinen, mutta palvelu oli kyllä auttamattoman hidasta. Ehkäpä kyseessä oli pientä alkukankeutta vielä, mene ja tiedä. Heippa, täällä on kotiuduttu jälleen yhdeltä opettavaiselta koulutusmatkalta Turusta! Olen viime aikoina sattunut näkemään useamman helsinkiläisen neitokaisen olalla kangaskassin, johon on painatettu ”Varför Paris, vi har ju Åbo” -lausahdus. Itse kuutisen vuotta Turussa opiskelleena voisin melkeinpä allekirjoittaa väitteen, vaikka Turun vertaaminen Pariisiin onkin ehkä aika kaukaa haettua . Turussa sijaitsee suosikkiravintolani, esimerkkinä vaikkapa Pinella, ja kaupungin katuja reunustaa toinen toistaan suloisemmat sisustus- ja vaateputiikit. Tänään, ensimmäistä kertaa pitkään aikaan, sisälleni hiipi pieni ikävä takaisin opiskeluvuosiin.

I was so happy to get M home from Tokyo a few days back. In addition to missing him like crazy, we finally got to shoot some outfit photos in the prettiest sunshine. I'm so in love with my new Karen Walker Northern Lights sunnies I ordered online from a store called Farfetch. Here’s the actual post of the outfit in which I had the loveliest dinner with M on our last night on Ko Lanta island. In this same ruffle dress I celebrated my friend getting married to her Swiss boyfriend right before our trip. For the wedding I accessorized the dress a bit differently, though, with another bag and flat, yet festive shoes. I didn’t want to wear high heels for the celebration as heels tend to cause some annoyance when dancing through the night. Wishing you a great Saturday evening!

HÔTEL DES INVALIDES
Hey! Here's another set of outfit photos we shot during our weekend getaway in Paris. I sure didn't spend the whole day without a proper coat, even I'm not that frost resistant. However, we did end up taking the pictures without my jacket as it was quite a sunny day, and there was practically no wind in the location. The outfit simply looked better on the camera minus the jacket.

Since quite a long time here in Helsinki, we have been fortunate enough to get to enjoy sunny weather today. How lovely is that? I myself haven't quite been feeling so sunny as this cold I mentioned earlier still has a hold on me.
